Sara is available for individual consultations.  These meetings are tailored to accommodate your goals and needs—whether those be working with a particular physical condition or a psycho-emotional state.  Oftentimes the two are closely interrelated.  The goal of these sessions is to give you a variety of appropriate and simple tools that you can incorporate into your daily life to find more balance and ease.  Even the slightest of changes creates significant results. 

Some elements that may be included in these consultations are: 

  • Structuring your day from morning to night so that you work with, rather than against, your constitution and your environment.
  • Determining what foods and herbs most balance you and studying how the energetics of certain foods affect you.
  • Learning appropriate exercises, yoga practices, visualizations and breathing techniques for your particular condition(s).
  • Exploring how certain colors, stones, and scents can support you. 
  • Understanding how weather and seasons affect you and how the above practices can ease seasonal transitions.
